U-01. Rights confirmation

By recording, uploading or sending, you confirm that you created this content or have the rights, permissions and recording consents needed to process it and share it with every selected recipient. Do not send illegal, harmful, privacy-invasive, infringing or commercial-music rebroadcast content.

U-02. Processing and recipients

Pulsar sends only to the recipients shown before submission. The coordinator can read, validate and normalize the audio: Phase 1 is not end-to-end encrypted. A recipient may still hear, record or copy what they receive.

U-03. Retention and controls

Ready audio normally expires within seven days. You can delete your clip; Pulsar revokes new access immediately and cleans bytes asynchronously, subject to a reported-evidence hold, legal requirements and database recovery metadata retained for up to seven days. Recipients can report the clip and block its sender.

Use Record, Upload or Send only if you agree to this notice, the Pulsar Terms, Content Guidelines and Privacy Policy. Cancel to keep the content local.
