S-01. Product support

For installation, pairing, playback, delivery, deletion or accountless credential problems, email support@barycenter.live. Include the Pulsar version, operating system, approximate time and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, pairing codes, recovery credentials or unnecessary audio. We may ask for a sanitized diagnostic identifier when it is needed to find the relevant service event.

S-02. Reports and moderation

For an ordinary content, conduct, copyright, privacy or safety report, use the in-product Report action when it is available or email moderator@barycenter.live. Identify the affected delivery as precisely as you can and explain the requested action. The normal response target is two business days during Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00 GMT+4 coverage. This is a target, not a guarantee that every investigation or remedy will finish in that time.

S-03. Urgent removal and immediate danger

For apparent child exploitation, a credible imminent threat, non-consensual intimate material or another urgent removal request, email moderation-urgent@barycenter.live. The urgent response target is 24 hours. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the competent local emergency service; Pulsar is not an emergency service and the mailbox is not continuously monitored.

S-04. Privacy and legal requests

Send a privacy rights or data-handling request to privacy@relux.works. Send a formal legal notice to legal@relux.works. Describe the installation, Barycenter, transmission or report that lets us locate the relevant record, but do not disclose another person's credentials. We may need to verify your authority before disclosing, correcting or deleting data.

S-05. Operator and related rules

Pulsar is operated by Relux Works LLC, registration number 999.110.1559507, tax ID 03036828, Orbeli Brothers St. 19, Tsaghkadzor, Kotayq, Armenia 2310. Use of the service is governed by the Pulsar Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Content Guidelines. English controls if a translation differs.
