Version 1.0. Effective and last updated: 14 July 2026. Canonical URL: https://barycenter.live/legal/content-guidelines

These Guidelines apply to every recording, uploaded file, title, message, report detail and other user contribution sent through Pulsar. English is the controlling version.

C-01. Rights and consent

Submit content only when you created it or have the licences, permissions and consents needed to record it, process it and share it with every selected recipient. Respect copyright, neighbouring rights, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality and recording-consent laws. Do not remove ownership notices or misrepresent a source.

C-02. Child safety and sexual content

Never submit child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving a minor, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, instructions for exploiting a minor or content that identifies or endangers a child. Do not submit non-consensual intimate material, sexual exploitation, pornography or sexually explicit content. We may immediately disable access, preserve required evidence and report apparent child exploitation or another imminent offence to competent authorities.

C-03. Violence, threats and self-harm

Do not make a credible threat, encourage or coordinate violence, glorify terrorism or violent extremism, expose gratuitous real-world injury, instruct someone to make or use an illegal weapon, or encourage self-harm or suicide. Content seeking personal support without promoting harm is not prohibited; if there is an immediate danger, contact local emergency services because Pulsar is not an emergency service.

C-04. Harassment, hate and abuse

Do not bully, stalk, intimidate, blackmail, extort or repeatedly target a person against their wishes. Do not promote hatred, dehumanization, discrimination or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, language, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, veteran status or another protected or vulnerable characteristic. Do not evade a recipient's block or DND setting.

C-05. Privacy and impersonation

Do not expose another person's address, credentials, private communications, precise location, financial, health, biometric or other sensitive information without a lawful basis and any required consent. Do not secretly record where notice or consent is required. Do not impersonate another person, organization, government, Relux Works, Microsoft, Telegram or Spotify, or falsely imply their endorsement.

C-06. Illegal, deceptive and dangerous conduct

Do not use Pulsar to facilitate an offence, fraud, phishing, identity theft, unauthorized access, evasion of sanctions, sale of illegal goods, human trafficking or instructions whose primary purpose is serious real-world harm. Do not provide materially deceptive content likely to cause harm to a person or the public.

C-07. Intellectual property and commercial music

Do not upload commercial music, broadcasts, audiobooks or other protected material unless you hold the rights required for this exact use and recipient group. Pulsar supplies no public-performance, synchronization, broadcast or redistribution licence. Pulsar may not be used for public or business playback, radio-style distribution, piracy or any public/commercial rebroadcast. Rights holders may send a sufficiently detailed notice to legal@relux.works.

C-08. Spam and service integrity

Do not send unsolicited bulk or repetitive content, manipulate receipts, submit knowingly false reports, distribute malware, probe credentials or other tenants, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with devices, audio output or service availability. Do not upload a corrupt or mislabelled file to evade validation.

C-09. Reporting and blocking

Use Report on an accessible foreign media item when available, choose the closest reason and provide only details needed to investigate. You may also write to moderator@barycenter.live. Use Block to stop future delivery from a sender to your installation. For a credible urgent removal or immediate child-safety concern, write to moderation-urgent@barycenter.live; contact local emergency services first when a person is in immediate danger.

Moderation coverage is Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00 GMT+4. Response targets are 2 business days for ordinary reports and 24 hours for urgent removal. They are targets, not guaranteed resolution times. Do not include unrelated private information in a report.

C-10. Review and enforcement

An authorized moderator may review report metadata and an audited, time-limited evidence copy. Depending on context, severity, law, prior conduct and available evidence, Relux Works may take no action, delete or disable content, disable an actor or Barycenter, restrict a feature, preserve required evidence or notify Microsoft or competent authorities. Microsoft may require removal or disablement of user-generated content distributed through the Store product. Enforcement of one item does not promise that all similar content has been proactively detected.

C-11. Review requests, changes and contact

If you believe an enforcement decision was mistaken, contact moderator@barycenter.live from a channel that can establish your connection to the affected installation or Barycenter. Do not resend prohibited content in an appeal. We may update these Guidelines before a new content capability or material moderation rule enters production; the version and date will change. The Pulsar Terms and Privacy Policy explain retention, user controls and legal terms.
